Workshop in Luxembourg: Thank You and Next Steps
Our biennial EWG Pricing and Revenue Management (PRM) Workshop took place on 4 December 2025 at the University of Luxembourg. We thank all participants for their attendance and engagement, which made the event a valuable platform for exchanging insights on current developments in pricing and revenue management.
Follow-Up Activities

Governance Guidelines
We are pleased to share draft governance guidelines that establish a formal structure for the Working Group’s continued development. The guidelines outline our core aims: encouraging research and practical applications in pricing and revenue management, fostering connections among researchers and practitioners, and providing a platform for PhD students across Europe.
The proposed governance structure includes a three-member board consisting of a Coordinator, Deputy Coordinator, and Communications Officer, each serving staggered three-year terms. The first board elections are scheduled for January 2026, with subsequent elections held annually. Members who have attended at least one workshop within the previous three years are eligible to vote.
