EWG-RMP Workshop 2026 in Barcelona
We are pleased to announce that the EURO Working Group on Revenue Management & Pricing Workshop 2026 will take place in the eclectic and beautiful city of Barcelona on December 3, 2026.
The workshop will feature two keynote speakers, Kalyan Talluri from Imperial College London and Huseyin Topaloglu from Cornell University – two of the most prolific and prominent researchers in our field. Building on the tradition of previous meetings, the workshop aims to serve as a key European meeting point for researchers, practitioners, and students to exchange ideas, discuss cutting-edge developments in Revenue Management and Pricing, and explore new directions for research and collaboration.
We warmly invite you to contribute to the EWG-RMP 2026 Workshop by submitting a one-page extended abstract and sharing your research, insights, and ideas with the community. The workshop offers an excellent opportunity to connect with fellow researchers and practitioners, exchange knowledge, and discuss the latest trends and open challenges in the field.

Submission Process
We welcome contributions on topics including, but not limited to:
- Dynamic pricing and revenue optimization
- Demand forecasting and choice modeling
- Capacity allocation, overbooking, and inventory control
- Distribution and channel management
- Applications of machine learning and AI in pricing
- Behavioral aspects of pricing and revenue management
- Assortment optimization
- Industry applications in transportation, hospitality, entertainment, and beyond
Please submit a one-page abstract in PDF or Word format, including:
- Title
- List of authors and affiliations
- Name of the presenting author and an indication of whether the presenter is currently a PhD student
- Description of the research, limited to 300 words, including the problem definition, methodology, and key results
- Keywords that help us assign the contribution to the most suitable session in terms of methodology and application domain(s)

Registration Process
The registration fee is EUR 150 for academics and industry representatives. PhD students may participate free of charge, but registration is required.

The informal gathering will take place in one of Barcelona's charming neighbourhoods, with a relaxed evening of walking and tapas. The main event will be hosted by the UPF Department of Economics and Business at the UPF Ciutadella Campus, located at:
